A Note on Timing and Rush Orders

The Hours and Minutes’ process takes 1-3 months.

Tier One: Clients have one month from the date of their purchase to complete their questionnaire. As soon as Shannon receives your completed questionnaire, she will complete your Hours and Minutes piece within three weeks. The sooner you send your questionnaire, the sooner Shannon will get the piece to you!

Tier Two: Clients have one month from the date of their purchase to complete their questionnaire. As soon as you email your completed questionnaire to Shannon, you should schedule your Zoom conversation using the link in your email to occur within two weeks. Shannon will complete your Hours and Minutes piece within three weeks of your Zoom conversation. You’ll have one week to offer feedback, and Shannon will incorporate your feedback within two weeks.

Tier Three: Shannon and the clients will schedule a series of meeting over the course of three months.

Rush Orders: Clients may expedite the process by paying a $75 dollar fee for Shannon to deliver the Hours and Minutes piece in two weeks instead of three. It costs $150 dollars to complete the Hours and Minutes piece in one week. It costs $50 dollars to incorporate feedback in one week rather than two.
